I was first introduced to Naturescape as part of a group within my neighborhood. Some residents had found them as a vendor to provide lawn care and I was told if we got enough folks together in the neighborhood we would get a better deal. I signed up as I had been having issues with thinning grass and weeds as well as insects. We have been using Naturescape since summer of 2024. It was not always a great experience but to be fare we always got immediate response and support and all issues have been solved to our satisfaction. We signed again for a 2026 grass care season and expect it will be as good as ever. We are thankful for them to be around.

I used Naturscape’s service last summer, and I’ll be honest — the experience started off rough. My lawn turned brown almost everywhere due to an over‑application of fertilizer. I was frustrated and had to call multiple times to get help. But what mattered most is what happened next. The team eventually came back, took responsibility, and worked on a real solution.
