Alicia, the owners wife, was extremely helpful and very professional in getting the matter resolved and adjusted In a timely manner. Alicia was very kind and I could tell she really cared about the Customer and quality of the work. Very impressed with her communication skills and the companies ability to rectify the minor issue. RecommendedWe hired Naturescape to redo our patio that another local landscaper had installed just 2.5 years earlier which was completely sinking in and not properly installed becoming a safety hazard and an eyesore. We couldn't be more happy with the job that Naturescape did putting in a new unilock paver patio.
