Cool vibe, nice girls working everytime I go in for a piercing, all my piercings from there have had no issues.
Took my son to get a piercing Sunday, while the piercing is fine, I highly recommend the young girl piercing learn some customer service skills. She was extremely off putting. No hello. No conversation at all. A quick “I’m about to pierce now” rundown. Once done and my son was sitting there, she said “ it’s done, you can go now” No after care instructions given. Absolutely amazing skilled workers. Nevaeh has done almost all of my piercings, all of which were placed perfectly and healed perfectly. Despite being a trainee, Lila also did an amazing job on my partners piercing. Between the amazing customer service and friendly, comfortable vibe the workers bring, I would recommend this store 1000 times over.
went in today too enquire about getting my nipples pierced only to be told the only piercer who does them no longer works there. the girl behind the counter also took about 2 minutes to realise i was standing at the counter as she was on her mobile phone & she rolled her eyes at me multiple times when i asked her for recommendations on where does nipple piercings. the service used to be great here, i consistently saw another young girl with face tattoos for piercings and she was great but no longer the place it used to be. d... read more
