Excellent service. Fantastic price. Called them because somehow a squirrel got down my chimney and was trying to build a nest. Luckily it didn't get into the house because I had the fireplace blocked with rigid insulation. Before calling Nature's Way, I had called 2 other companies. One was expensive, the other was ridiculously expensive. Called Nature's Way and they gave me an amazing quote. Came over within the hour. This is a great, locally-owned company (we prefer to use locally-owned companies when we can). They respond quickly to calls, don't try to up sell you and are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Justin arrived ahead of time to help us with a mouse problem. He quickly found and sealed the entry points in question and pointed out other weak spots in the perimeter of our house that we could fix ourselves. Thanks for the great job Justin.

Trevor was nothing short of amazing. We had a bat visitor on the weekend, and he was kind enough to drive out to us literally in the middle of the night. He was very patient, calm and understanding....a real life-saver in our books. Several so-called 24-hour places didn't even give us a call back. Highly recommend!
