Justin was great at 'trying' to rid me of multiple groundhogs. However, someone called me from the company and screamed at me for not reporting a 'racoon' in their cage 'early enough in the day' i reported it at 3;30(though I had reported the find at 1;00 but made a mistake in the phone number). We unfortunately had raccoons in our attic but thankfully we found this company from a friend’s recommendation. We did have a big name company come by and selected this one over them. Why? Well, the pricing was very reasonable, the staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. We chatted with Todd on the phone and had the pleasure of working with Trevor in person. Justin is absolutely wonderful. We called Natures way after another very popular company missed the baby Racoons in our attic and let mommy Racoon out a one way door, she began to tear our house apart. Justin arrived early, he was pleasant, very understanding, knowledgeable and obviously a pro! He retrieved the babies and gave us a clear picture of the state of our attic. Justin did a very meticulous job dealing with raccoons in our attic. He was very reassuring and obviously knew what he was doing. The animals were removed with care and respect. I would recommend this company.
