I'm going to cancel. Have tried to work w/ them for well over a year, but when I give the technician the check he either loses it or never delivers to front office. They rhen refuse to service my house. How ridiculous! Furthermore, after a year I still have mice 😬. The mechanic said they're in my engine, yikes. I smell them in the ceiling. So not only can they not manage their billing, but they can't eradicate mice. I would think @ $85 a pop D might know how to eliminate them, but all he does is check traps & leaves. Unreliable and did not solve the problem after a year and a half of service. Our appointments were either rescheduled or the tech showed up on the wrong day and service could not be performed properly. We called specifically about ants in our home and have not seen any improvement since they started. We tried to stick with them and intermittently received service from someone who seemed to care, perhaps the owner or manager. At the end of the day they failed us too many times.
First time using Nature’sWay Pest Control. I highly recommend this service. Andy in customer service/scheduling was great, he answered all my questions and got me started. Technician Hero was amazing, he was courteous, he listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job at the house and I was very grateful. Manager JP was also very pleasant and professional to work with. Great team!
They did a great job eradicating the hornet nests in our back yard. Very responsive
Absolutely horrible . The technicians aren't knowledgeable and have to be told what needs to be done. We were taken aback by the person they sent named Dan . He was unprofessional , very unkempt and overall pretty clueless. It's definitely a waste of money and time going with this branch anyway .
