Many months of alleged treatment failed to diagnose, let alone treat, the infestation despite frequent complaints from the building occupants. Requested multiple times to speak with the owner about concerns, but never heard from the owner. On one occasion technician did not have on his truck the product that was to be applied per the office. On three occasions technician reported having treated the interior when he did not have access to the interior and did not request access.

Outstanding customer service. Very timely. Technician promptly analyzed the problem gave us a good price and took care of the ungrounded bees nest. He explained every step so understood was he was going to do. Extremely thorough. Highly recommended using Nature’s Way Pest Control.

The first visit kept us bug free for several days. This last time was different. The day after the second visit we began being overrun by those "lady bug" type beetles. It appears the service was too little and I do not believe an outside treatment was done either. At least that is what I was told by my partner who was at the house during the visit. Secondly, I recommend the tech strictly adhere to his job and nothing else.
