For the past few months, the communication between Nature's Way and me has improved exponentially! The results of their service have been positive during this time period and they have been very receptive to new positions for bait boxes in the house and garage. The two techs who have been servicing our home have been wonderful - friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Thank you, NW.
The technician that came out, Paul, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his examination of our facility and making a plan to reduce our pests. I would recommend Paul every time!!

My technician Nathan is very professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the results of the applications used to control mice and ants. My problem with the company is that the home office does not coordinate with the technician to arrive at my home at the agreed upon time. Consistently late.
