Friendly service. My sprinkler is working, great.
Scheduled appointment 1 month prior, day before they cancelled, the woman sue ,very unprofessional, and non accountable. This business was purchased from previous owner who was a gem, im sure he'll be unhappy with this.
Scheduled to winterize my irrigation a month ahead. Got a call back two days later with a confirmed date, they never showed. They called me back to reschedule, again didnt show. Kept me waiting twice and never called me back. Nature's Way are unprofessional, not responsive at all. Don't bother wasting your time with these guys, call another irrigation company who actually picks up a phone.
