The bud-tenders are nice and helpful. Therefore NTI thinks it's OK to gouge patients as much as possible, not bother to update their menu/inventory daily like any McDonalds, have a quality control policy of cross your fingers, and it has become almost impossible to get what you want. They put something on the menu, sell out in a few hours, and then leave it on the menu for days. They don't even honor online orders.
