I called on Saturday after being adjusted by a chiroprator, I was in a horrible state! Not only did they get me in last minute but put me in the hands of the kindest most thorough message therapist. Chrysalis is fantastic highly recommend Nature's Touch.
Thanks to Chrysallis for the much needed sports massage. I was having trouble with hip pain and sciatica; she spent lots of time releasing tension and increasing range of motion my piriformis. Thr transverse and posterior chains take a beating when you weight train, cycle, run, hike. This massage reminded me how important quality recovery and care is. Highly recommend..Chrysallis is a pro.
