Nature's Touch burned (ruined) a custom $1,000+ suit jacket and the owner was unwilling to take any accountability. Their response is of course that their machines are incapable of burning clothes. I wore the jacket once, only use this dry cleaner. This begs the question of how did the jacket get burned? If you care about your clothes, and the integrity of a business and it's employees, do not go to Nature's Touch; the will burn you (no pun intended). They are the best....Just give them a try and you want be disappointed.
Friendly service, quick return and excellent cleaning quality on my husband's 3 dress slacks -- I found a new dry cleaners & close to home!
