Loved the food, very good quality and very healthy.
I ordered a plant-based chicken wrap and was served REAL chicken. I have not eaten meat in over 10 years, so this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. When I returned to the store, instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the mistake, staff repeatedly asked if I wanted a replacement meal, even after I explained I felt uncomfortable eating anything else and only wanted a refund.
