I give it 0 stars. I just bought an Açaí bowl today—right now—at the Florida Mall. I’m a huge Açaí fan and have never, ever criticized one before, but this bowl really ruined my day. To start, I placed the order online and waited right in front of the store for the notification that it was ready. I went to pick it up the moment I got the alert—it took me just one minute—and it was completely melted; it was horrible. Literally the slowest service, the workers casually have full blown conversations and move like sloths the order took 20 mins and it wasn’t even busy.
Incredibly overpriced for low quality food. Ordered at two separate times. First time I got the breakfast bowl of turkey sausage, eggs, and potatoes. Very bland, the potatoes had some seasoning on it. The salsa could barely save it. Almost rubbery texture on the eggs. Second time I ordered a smoothie. A very very thin $10 16 oz berry smoothie. Overpriced for basically juice. Did not satiate my hunger at all. Just would not recommend to spend this kind of money for mediocre food. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else ... read more
