Had granite installed just under two years ago and were dissatisfied with the end product, especially the quality of the seams and how it was shimmed. Filed a complaint with the store and on Angie’s list which was simply dismissed. Less than 2 years later the seams are opening up - no surprise there. Called to get service and of course we’re past the one year warranty. They contracted with a third party to evaluate the matter with a $100 trip charge and he didn’t show up. Great service, and great selection at very reasonable price!!
Our experience has not been good. On install day they did not install countertop to meet the bottom of back splash and seams were very noticeable. Manager came out next day and inspected work and said they could come back on Saturday. Installers were to come back on Saturday, to fix, but only one showed, as his partner was hungover and did not show. This is straight out of workers mouth. The one guy that showed could not fix one of the seams so stated that they would return on Sunday morning early to fix and remove shims. No... read more
Merchant charged my credit card without my authorization for a way higher amount they the service they provided. The work they did was faulty. I have placed a complaint with BBB.org. Please read Google reviews and BBB.org reviews before working with this merchant
