I purchased a King Ghost Bed on the company website. It said 101 day trial. On Day 91, September 2nd, 2020 I spoke with a customer rep around 9:30pm Eastern Time but the chat copy they sent me says 1:33 am. This seems to be a chat from overseas, 2020 based on the time difference. I told the rep that as seniors, my wife and I are not happy with this bed.
