I highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and recenter. The facility was clean, warm and inviting. The staff were lovely and catered to our needs. Prices were very fair. I plan to be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

RecommendedI have been here now a couple of times and they always go above and beyond. I have done a couple of sessions in the salt cave and they have always been relaxing and healing. Recently I just did one of their events where you sit in the Salt Cave with Tracy Hart (from The Mindful Life on Demand) and she walked you through balancing your chakras with both Reiki and Essential Oils. The float pod was such a cool and relaxing experience! I want to try the salt cave solo and with my kids too!
Relaxing and definitely would visit again and try various services.
I had a Thai yoga bodywork session with John Levis and he is always amazing at getting my "stuck" areas of tension released. This was my first session with him in a salt room and it really helped get rid of some lingering chest congestion it enhanced the overall experience that much more.
