Were it possible to leave zero stars I would. I can’t fathom how this business remains open. They took three weeks to fill our daughter’s prescription , were randomly closed at hours they should have been opened, and didn’t consistently respond to our inquiries about what was happening. They are the worst.
DON'T DO IT! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! Almost 3 months (2 months and 3 weeks) and still never received my medication. And they never pick up the phone or reply to your text. I've been more than patient and this is so beyond unacceptable. Firstly, the doctor told me my prescription had been sent and I should expect a call or something within 2 weeks. The customer service I received from Christina at Nature's Pharmacy was amazing. She was not only very knowledgeable, but spent lots of time answering my questions and trying to track down a rare medication. Highly recommend this business!
Thank you so much my life is back to normal. I’m so happy I found nature’s pharmacy after going through 4 years of hormonal problems I finally got help . I feel great. My doctor could not believe that in just three months my hormones had doubled. Thank you it is truly a life changer.
