To Joyce and her wonderful staff, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. My loving Lily became very sick on Thanksgiving day and Joyce stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes to get me to a vet that could see me. It was an amazing experience. I felt the 100% genuine caring and concern for me and for my little dog. I was able to pick the perfect little box for Moxie and while it was one of the hardest times in my life they made the process gentle and easier for me. The loss of a much loved pet is a terrible experience for anyone. My dog Oliver was such a sweet boy. Pet loss have the nicest people working for them. Such thoughtfulness from each person you speak with means everything. It has been very hard dealing with the loss but their kindness means you will rest easier. Thank you.
