Apparently it’s hard to reach Sabrina... I made a purchase for cat food almost a month ago. The food was discontinued and they still holding my money. No email from them, no a phone call. Every time I call they can’t help me because of something blah blah ... I kindly ask to return my money so I can purchase food for my kitty. Is that so hard? Hello?

We love Nature's Pet Cuisine, our boxer does fantastic on their puppy food, it is loaded with the nutrients she needs and she is in great shape, her teeth and coat are beautiful and her mood is great too. The owners are super helpful and really go above and beyond for their customers. Their treats are natural and our girl Luna loves them. We are loyal customers and highly recommend their brand!
Amazing service online and in the store! I travel all over the U.S. They have shipped to NYC, Florida, Hawaii for my pet that I travel with. I have NEVER had a problem with their shipping. We travel and need a rush shipping I always get a tracking and get the products without any delays. In addition I have found they always have plenty of stock. Their prices are great and we LOVE their treats & food!
