The staff at Natures Paradise really out did themselves trying to make sure i really felt like i was in Paradise! I had several services done starting with the infrared sauna. The heat wasnt too unbearable and the girl who turned out to be my massage therapist greeted me with a refreshing cup of cold water after the sauna. Amanda that was the nice young womans name. Like it says, I went and saw Amy, she worked on my lower back, and she got all of what i wanted done. Id highly recommend this place, she is the best at what she dose and the staff there are very nice and sweet. They take care of you when you need it most.I found amy to be very knowledgeable of pain management, and her deep tissue was direct, but i was relaxed the whole time it was a great synergy of pain and relaxation. Natures Paradise is a great place. i had a massage with Amy; and i got to tell you that is the best massage i ever got. My shoulders were hurting and my lower back, she took care of that, i felt so great afterwards. Amy's hands are like magic. Once she starts you sure don't want her to stop. I highly recommend natures paradise, and be sure you have Amy for your masseuse. Believe me you will be back again and again.
This place is awesome when I walked in for my appointment i was greeted promptly. I was welcomed and asked if i would like a refreshment while i waited for my massage. Amy came out and greeted me as my masseuse. She has a very pleasant demeanor and is super friendly. she made me feel very relaxed and at home. The massage i got was a sweetish and it was amazing. afterwards i felt great and energized. Amy is awesome. She even helped me in my trouble spot being my shoulder. Good place with a good atmosphere. well worth it.
It was our first time there and we LOVE IT !!! :-) All three of us had a one hour full body massage and it was just wonderful. The spa is lovely, clean and staff is super friendly. Johanna the owner is just a doll. She got us three in last minute without a problem. Prices: average to a bit mid high. Definitely will go back there again.

I’ve been a very avid spa enthusiast for a few years now and have been trying as many spas as I could in the East Bay. the Photo-Facial and massage was definitely very relaxing and one of the best I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommended. Thanks Claudine!
Just a tip I need to see Amy more than just one time a month. Her massage's are just what I need to keep me sane. Her routine is quite complex and very detailed.
