Remarkable change and pleasant surprise – After having less than average service in mid 2007 I frequent another spa in the area. Incredible Experience – Professional Staff and excellent service in clean and tranquil place. Had Pamper package that melted my soul completely. The oxygen facial left fabulous effect on my face and the massage preceded by Infrared Sauna was perfect! Thanks for unforgettable afternoon. I'll return for more soon. The best experience – My Spa Finder gift card was accepted at this spa and I booked pamper package of aromatherapy massage and European facial, which was on special and competitive priced. It was one of unexpected pleasant experience: the staff was very professional and friendly, clean and stylish decorated rooms, tranquill atmosphere and excellent service. Complete relaxation. This place has my recommendation and I'll return there as often as I can afford.
Heavenly experience – It was my girlfriend idea. In the past she gave me gift certificates for massage on my birthday, which I never used. This year she booked appointment for couple?s massage and she broke my resistance. We?ve been treated in Cherub room for couples. Worst Spa – I had a terrible experience at this spa. The owner told off two of her employees right in front of me and other customers, calling them "stupid". She then led me into a room that obviously had not been cleaned. There were open product bottles and a puddle of some kind of muck on the floor. When I was leaving, the owner kept trying to sell me products that I told her I was not interested in. I also heard her on the phone being rude to a customer that had a complaint. Worst spa I've gone to so far and I've gone to many for same price. The bed was hard and wasn't properly covered. I'm used to laying under cushy beds with heated blankets. I had to ask if I'm supposed to lie down on a bare bed (there was a blanket but no sheets to cover bed). The rooms didn't look very relaxing (too bright and noisy). The masseuse shocked my back with cold lotion. My teenager could do a better job massaging me. I complained to the owner and she was very defensive and VERY rude. bad eyelashes - even worse service – I had the 3D eyelashes put on and three days later they began to fall off. Within one week they were all gone with the exception of two on each eye. At that point they looked so funny I had to cut them to match the length of my own lashes.
