Spent 4 glorious nights here hosted by the beautiful Jenny and Neil . It was everything I’d hoped for and more . I arrived washed out and overtired from a series of events in 2024 that left me drained and lethargic. I desperately needed a break away that would nourish both my mind and body and by the time I left to go home I felt that is exactly what I got. Absolutely loved my stay at Nature's Retreat; exactly what I needed. Thoroughly enjoyed having meals on the balcony with views of the birds playing in the garden. The stress-free package exceeded my expectations with a holistic approach including massages, meditations, exercise and nutrition. I would highly recommend the sound bath. I have been to Natures Paradise Retreat over 7 times and make it an essential part of my year to spend sometime to focus on my health Natures Paradise not only has a wide range of packages which I have used but working with Neil and Jenny designed a holistic health program which has successfully helped me through physical issues list 35 kgs and active with meditation exercises and healthy eating I return to see Neil and Jen for weekly stays annually which kick starts my health for the year Thanks guys Shane 49 year old male
