I started taking it for my skin and hair back in April or so. About a month ago, my back pain was like, 80% better. That's huge, 'cause I have chronic lower back pain from my discs. I don't wanna jinx it, but I haven't taken any painkillers in a month, and I'm sleeping through the night. If this is for real, it's the best thing ever!
