Manuel was very respectful and left no mess.
Had my 1950s chimney "fixed." The first visit was an inspection. It was supposed to be a cleaning as well, but that didn't happen. The inspection person took a ton of photos and explained I needed to have the inside of the chimney recoated. He said this was a process where a product was blasted up into the chimney to cover any exposed brick and smooth any areas where buildup or embers could collect. I was quoted $1,000 to do this. Was my first time having the dryer vent cleaned. I was surprised to hear initially that they were booked for a month. They made the effort to make a appointment for me just 2 days later. They even honored the lower price for the $99 special they had run the previous month. They were very polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. I've been using these guys for about a year now and I love them! Very accommodating to my schedule and great communication. Chaz recently did a chimney inspection and clean and I was beyond satisfied with his professionalism and explanation of repairs that had to be taken care of.
