The condos are nice. The building and surrounding area are kept very clean. They have a robot pool cleaner, and even the elevator seems to be cleaned daily. They do, however, take quiet time very seriously and promptly close the pool at sunset. The location is great, close to the beach and park, and also the waterfront and boat rental area. It offers a dock you can fish on or just enjoy a different scenery in between the mangroves. Con’s: Pool Hours - 9:00 to Sunset - most pools stay open until at least 9::00 or 10:00. My husband and I along with 5 other ladies. We were all older and quite not causing any issues, just relaxing and enjoying the pool. At 8:30 two older ladies came to the gate and said they were going to lock up and we had to get out.
