The staff repeatedly dead named me in front of other customers today. They can literally never find anything in there system. Price is good staff is not so much. Edit: They also refuse to acknowledge staffs short comings... I asked the employee to stop and the incident continued. It was entirely unsavory and not necessary. It was more than clear. I don't go by the name I was being called.
Trans people are apparently not welcome here. I was dead named repeatedly today. One of the worst experiences I have had in Denver.
Went in and the receptionist creased the hell out of my passport. They were also very bigoted towards my partner and couldn't find any of her previous accounts and then resorted to deadnaming her repeatedly, moreso AFTER she asked them to stop.
Horrible store will go out of my way to go here
