Ghostbusters for phantoms, Nature's Image for landscaping. These guys are great.
Very very shoddy work laying our sod and installing our sprinklers. Their installation left areas that aren't getting water so that I have to figure out how to reconfigure in order to reach the areas that are simply out of reach. There are ares that are sunk in, and overall it is probably the most uneven and lumpiest lawn I've ever walked on.
