This could have been a 5-star experience if the customer service had been better. I was advised by a sales assistant to buy a head accessory. I wasn’t sure about the size, but she clearly told me there would be no issue and that it would fit. Of course, once I tried it on, it was far too small. I returned to the store to explain the situation, but they refused to offer any solution — no exchange, no alternative. Very disappointing. Went there looking for men’s hair system aka toupees and I was lucky to be warmly welcomed by Ruth and Zarina. They were fantastic and very knowledgeable, they helped try different options to find a suitable one. Human hair toupees are available in different colours and of good quality. Highly recommended
