Our story.... Nature's Food Patch was founded in 1987 by Mr. Amort after being diagnosed with cancer. He decided to fight the cancer by living a macrobiotic lifestyle. We have talked to all team members working in that area and believe this was NOT one of our employees. Our customer service is top notch, and we do not tolerate any employee being rude to a customer. Other customers have, in the past, addressed the lack of face mask issue with other customers. That being said, we do stand by our mask policy and have a duty to enforce the county’s law. Watched them trespass a customer with a full cart of groceries for not wearing a mask. Literally called the police on this woman over a mask. I guess they don’t believe the cops have anything better to do than harass citizens for their pleasure. Don’t forget, at Publix shopping is a pleasure

The customer was disrespectful, stuck her tongue out, was yelling profanities at our team members, and refused to leave after numerous warnings by management and security. We do not tolerate customers being disrespectful and abusive to our team members under any circumstances. I've been coming here for years and can always count on quality products at reasonable prices. During this particular visit I just want to commend the vitamin & supplement department for their outstanding service. As a stay-at-home parent, I struggle with my energy level. The sales lady presented both my twins & I with a generous amount of smoothie(free shaker) and vitamin samples. Plus I got great deals on vitamin products to stretch my dollars! Manager was rude. Interesting that a “natural health food store” has policies that are so rooted in fear. Feels like false advertising at this point. Was there to shop and support a local business and the manager said we had to leave because we didn’t wear masks. When we said we don’t wear masks for medical reasons, he said you either wear a mask or leave in a very rude and demeaning tone.
