We had a little trouble finding the place and ran into the owner's wife. She was very kind and showed us where to go. The owner has such a love for gems and minerals, and my son and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. If you're into gems, crystals, rocks, etc, this is the sort of store you really want to visit! My son and I will definitely be going back!
I absolutely love this place! The owner, Dan, was very knowledgeable when it came to anything rock related. I feel like I got a free Petrology & Geology class when I went to Nature's Design of Mountaintop! Whether you're a rock expert or just getting into the hobby, I would highly recommend going here for all of your rock needs and desires.
A beautiful welcoming place. The owner really knows his stuff and really loves sharing it with you. I had fun and learned a lot. (Just be ready for some corny jokes.) The selection is just incredible.
I have been collecting Crystals and minerals from Nature's Design for 20 years. Dan always has beautiful rare specimens, and the best top quality ones I have ever found! The pricing is reasonable, Dan is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best guys around. Nature's design is also a great spot to take your kids on a little field trip! I have never been disappointed and always leave with a new specimen I am always so happy to bring home with me! Absolutely the best and most beautiful gems around !
