Would never recommend. Used to be good. Did several jobs for me. Not sure what changed. As another reviewer said once paid totally ghosts you for follow up. Awful experience

Engaged Nature’s Design for some landscape design and planting/removal/trim work. They did not start until late in fall and some of what they planted did not make it to spring. Despite my repeated requests and their promises to replace, they have not done so and have been unresponsive. Nice folks, but not a good overall customer experience.

They took out a massive dying tree in my neighbor's yard and did a great job. The position of our properties meant the only way to get a crane and heavy equipment through there was to use my yard. I am glad my neighbors chose Natures Design because they were professional and neat, took very good care of us, and were extremely respectful of our property. I had Tommy and Ronnie out to help with re-grading part of my front yard to address drainage issues. They tied my gutter downspouts into a dry creek bed and built a bridge across it for access to my side gate. Ultimately they worked extremely hard and produced great results. You pay for what you get and these guys produce quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have nice, professional work done.
