Everything. Take the kids
It’s a wonderful outdoor Enviromental science center for all the 6 th grades students in Hillsborough County schools to attend.
I absolutely loved this and my most cherished memory of middle school. I still remember everything I learned.
My kid was in a boat with a guy named bobby. He said that bobby drove into a log just to make An alligator hiss and move. This is harassing wildlife and it's just wrong. He said The teachers really to caredabout the environment. The rest of the people didn't seem to care at all.
Worst experience I’ve ever had, they had a fox cooped up in a small filthy cage,that looked Emaciated, the bear they had while in a larger cage with a cement flooring clearly wasn’t large enough as it paced back and forth and cried for food, I’m sure hot dogs should not be on it’s diet. And the teacher handed us all hot dogs to feed the bear. They had a beaver with filthy water and infections in its eyes. It did teach my daughter that places like this are nothing but a money pit for the people whom run it, as it was painfull... read more
Great place to see and learn.
had fun at nature's classroom with a group of students from village of excellence academy field trip. learned a lot about Hillsborough river ecosystems. most of the kids left with a greater respect for nature around them.
