Marcus has cleaned our carpets , he's professional, on time, responds to phone calls and texts. The carpet is damp when he leaves but he does a great job of getting the excess moisture out. Dries within an hour or so with the heat on. I have and will continue to recommend him to my clients.
Marcus was great. Everything from communication about the appointment, quoting, and the work done was top notch. I would definitely recommend Marcus to anyone looking for carpet cleaning, or upholstery cleaning. Our fabric chair and carpets look great!
Marcus was great to work with throughout the entire process. From the minute I reached out, to the time he was done with the carpet was great. The carpets in the office were terrible and filthy. He really did exceed my expectations on what I thought he could do. I also had him clean all the rugs from the office and shop. I was debating buying all new ones but he literally made them look brand new. Hard to find "great" people these days. He is one of them!
