I am writing to inform you about an incident involving one of your drivers. Today, the driver stopped the company vehicle in the middle of the road, causing a disruption and bothering nearby pedestrians and drivers. This behavior not only affects public safety but also reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. Please take the necessary action to address this issue and ensure it does not happen again.
We’ve been using Nature’s Call for the last 10+ years at our construction sites, and their service has been excellent. The units are always clean, well-maintained, and delivered on time. Any time we’ve needed additional servicing or last-minute adjustments, they’ve been quick to respond and accommodate our needs. Highly recommend them for any job site or event!
They said we owed money, they sent invoice to wrong address, now "won't do business with us" accounting lady was rude. Act like they are only place in Toronto. Weak customer service. No thanks! I'd call elsewhere!
Do better. It's not that hard. On-site portable toilet and it's says it's being cleaned when it should be brought off and burned.
There's (currently july 30) a unit at the canadian tire job site in Brampton. For several weeks, there has been no water for hand washing - operator/cleaner has initialed, signifying servicing, however we haven't been able to wash our hands. Please investigate. I don't know what's going on with that. It's a portable toilet on a job site so I can't complain about the cleanliness, but I'd (we would) like to be able to wash up before eating, or getting into our vehicles. Will delete this after mitigation.
