We hired ******** Apprentice (NA) in April 2023 to install a drainage system around 3 sides of our pool and grade the property, all according to an Engineer Plan. NA lied to, and defrauded, us, and they still haven't completed the job.First, they only installed the drainage system around 2 sides of the pool, but claimed that they installed it around 3 sides.
