We had an experience with Jo from Naturelle that left us shocked. We made an enquiry about a bridal bouquet and buttonhole 23 days before our wedding. We confirmed our order on email and asked her to lock it in and requested Jo send us an invoice. Jo didn't communicate a cut off date for receiving full payment of the order, or try to phone me prior, before saying it was too late to put a bouquet together, 3 days before our wedding. I was a bride who "wasn't fussed about flowers". Jo from Naturelle and he exquisite work changed that. Jo produced an utterly stunning wedding bouquet and floral headpiece for me that showcased the uniqueness of who I am. I looked at wedding bouquet and felt it represented me. It was perfect!
