I called them once, and have never called anyone else after that. Jeff and Mike are awesome! Costs: Their rates are fixed, no hidden costs, no upselling, no gratuities either. Service: The cleaning is great, the solution they use is organic seaweed-based, no toxic chemicals. Jeff & Mike (Naturell) have been exclusively cleaning our carpeting for over 10+ years now, and we wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. They're dependable, hard-working, thorough & just do an all-around fabulous job. The "dry" method of cleaning that they use is great for us because we don't want our carpets saturated with water/mold. And, best of all, they've literally prolonged the life of our carpeting by YEARS, making it last through raising 3 children + a dog.

Naturell and Mike do a great job of cleaning my carpets. I have mostly hardwood in my home, however, the dog and cat are particularly attached to the small area where I have carpet. I will call Naturell on a regular basis to keep the carpets looking fresh.
