We received a few quotes on a new deck and went with Nature View because they were a local, family owned business with a walk in showroom. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and though the project was expensive, they were competitive with other quotes we received. The entire process took a lot of time, we had weather delays and the permitting process took some weeks. The build itself took longer than expected but the attention to detail made up for it.
