I have two Nature Stone installations, which are beautiful and a fantastic product. However, trying to get them to come back out to do repairs is THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I have been rescheduled 7 times since July 2022 for my patio repairs. Each time has either been weather related, which I understand, or employees didn't show up to work or they didn't have what they needed to correct the issues or they corrected some but not all. I had Nature Stone Flooring laid on my existing old cracked concrete floor in my sun room. The workers Rick and Jesse were timely, respectful, helpful and meticulous. I absolutely love it. From the time I made the appointment the Nature Stone Flooring Company has been professional and extremely easy to work with. I feel the price was fair and affordable. I will seriously consider having nature stone applied on my basement floor in the future.
I met with sales rep Tyler Aukerman who was prompt and professional. Tyler worked with me to find a package that fit my cost expectations. Installers Stan & Vincent were on time to apply their craft. Stan described the process and away they went. Final product is stunning
