Has not returned my phone calls for service that I have already paid for.
After someone came out to spray for a pretty severe ant issue, it increasingly got worse. After reaching out to the company my calls were unanswered and voicemails unreturned. The given bait seems to not be working and now red ants are coming in, right along side the other ants… this is taking place in my children’s playroom nonetheless. Booking online and receiving multiple confirmations from Nature Safe Solutions doesn't actually confirm anything. It's up to the customer to manage and provide confirmation of the confirmation. I received cancelation 30 minutes before the confirmed booking.

This company is amazing and very responsive. I found them online and I got a response within minutes. Mike was able to put me on their schedule and really helped reassure the problem would be handled. I would recommend this company 100%!
