Beautiful location and views. Average pub style food and service, not a food destination by any means. I would expect better from a place with a name like Nature's Table and promoting organic fare, wine etc. Food looked like it was randomly dumped on plates without care. The famous vegan calamari (mushroom tempura) was one large mass. Veggies looked like they were cut with a machete. Grounds looked scruffy and aged, in need of maintenance and a bit of love. A 4 star rating would be easy enough to get here with more effort.
FIrst time visiting; ccelebrated our 20th anniversary here for lunch and we will be back. Outstanding service and view from the patio. Enjoyed the burrata a ton, and split a delicious margherita pizza and the cherry dessert, plus a glass of rose. Wanted to try so many items! We'll need to come back for the dinner menu soon. Highly recommended.
Beautiful views. Excellent food. We had the chefs platter. Fed 4 people easily and the prawns were amazing.
I called a week in advance to book a table for Wednesday, May 27. I spoke to an actual person, answered all their questions, confirmed the number of guests, everything. And then we show up on the 27th… and the restaurant is CLOSED. No warning, no call, no email, nothing. And we weren’t the only people standing there confused and frustrated. Very serene atmosphere. Our bistro server Tess P was very friendly and welcoming. We did not feel rushed. Food is excellent.
