We hired Tom to be our private chef for our elopement out in Sooke and he did not disappoint! Down to earth guy who certainly can cook. Friendly, funny, and overall a great local to chat with who was very easy going and made our evening one we will never forget. We had a fantastic experience with Chef Tom, he is quite masterful in procuring and preparing locally sourced foods. Food tasted great! Despite never having met Tom before, we found it easy to coordinate this event with him. We really appreciated his flexibility and attentiveness. Would highly recommend him!
I cannot say enough good things about Tom. If you are deliberating between caterers in the Shirley area, don't think twice: Tom is the way to go. I brought a group of 21 people to the Shirley area for a university field trip. We wanted to work with a local caterer who incorporated local/foraged ingredients. Tom was incredibly responsive. Wildly impressed by the delicious, nourishing meal I enjoyed by Nature's Chef. It was nearly all locally grown/harvested ingredients. Very inspiring. Will definitely go again!
