My 3 year old went from being an outgoing, social butterfly to an anxious little girl who stopped using her voice, seemingly overnight. I was at such a loss. Thankfully, Simonne at Nature and Nurture psychologists, was able to guide my family through this very difficult time. Within only a few sessions I had my bubbly, happy and confident daughter back! After a few treatments with Simone at Nature & Nurture the difference in my child in regards to her phobia was amazing. Through fun and non-confrontational play therapy with Simone, my child was provided with the tools and mindset to confront her fears head on. Although there will likely always be some residual fear, she is no longer terrified or controlled by her phobia.
