Horrible customer service! I tried to go in and ask a Symple question about setting an appointment I was not greeted by anyone whatsoever I was left standing there wile I could hear everyone talking in the back if I can hear them they could hear me I was completely ignored and practically denied service I was simply trying to ask a question or talk to literally anyone, I ended up just leaving. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
I had my first visit to Nature and Beauty yesterday and it was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Kylie! The color and cut is the best I’ve had since moving here from San Francisco 11 years ago! Thanks
Absolutely loved my visit to this beautiful salon in New Smyrna! It’s tucked into the cutest little area surrounded by shops and restaurants—such a perfect location. I had been hearing great things for months and finally decided to stop by, and I’m so glad I did. The entire team was so warm and welcoming. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in. Major kudos to the owner for creating such a stunning space filled with love, intention, and great vibes. Can’t wait to come back!
Called to schedule appointment and got voicemail. Left a message. No return call. Called again 2 days later and phone just kept ringing.
No harsh chemicals here. Amazing talented professionals. Hair, nails, massage, & skin care. Great location!!!
