I contacted Nature’s First to core aerate and seed my yard. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn’t come and do the job. I never received an email, phone call or text letting me know why they didn’t show up. Once I was able to reach them, they told me the crew came out and didn’t do the job because the yard needed to be mowed. I absolutely disagree that the grass was too long, but I told them I would mow it and they agreed to come out the next day. When they came out, they did a terrible rushed job. We had them come out and clean up all the leaves and a pile of dirt or backyard and they did it so quickly and it looks amazing! They were also able to get us on the schedule quickly
Nature First did an amazing job. The yard looks great. They were meticulous, communicated well, finished the job quickly and made great suggestions. We will definitely use them again.
