First appointment for my two children and it was a great experience. Front desk Ms. Pauline instantly and warmly welcomed my 6yr old with Autism with coloring books and stickers which helped so much. Dr. Picard was very knowledgeable addressing all issues and confirmed so much that I already had thought and gave me great insight into issues. I have been working with Dr. Cathy for almost 3 years. I find her extremely knowledgeable and kind and her office staff is responsive. My health has improved dramatically since working with her.

Holy moly!! Wow. This place has the worst office receptionist and is likely the worst managed place. Let me give you the run down: 1. Called during business hours, no answer. Received a pretty cold email, call us during business hours. haha. 2. Called the next day, no answer. I emailed that I just called. Someone called me right back.
