I had my break light go out on my 2024 Keystone Cougar travel trailer and I called around to several RV shops and no one could get the part in a reasonable time (two to three weeks). This part is not a simple light bulb change you have to replace the entire light assembly. However, Joan, at Fun Town RV came through and was able to locate the part. Within two days I had the part and everything is working great. Most RV companies don't go the extra mile for us RVers so I am thankful for Joan and Fun Town RV.

Wednesday we traded in our motorhome for a trailer. We did not expect to be treated like family. Our sales person was Jim. What an amazing and experienced man.
