I worked in all 4 buildings on every floor. So many defects it bankrupted at least one bank. Some issues were not corrected when I was still in Hudson. Renting might be fine but be leery of buying. Original masons weren’t let go until after they poured walls without required amount of rebar. Rumor had it that this property was donated for a park. Not sure what happened.

Nice people, awesome views and comfortable condos. There's a guard and very safe. Super quiet. There's a community pool, tennis courts and other amenities. Two elevators and indoor and outdoor parking.
