Took my boat in for service tell them what was wrong, which we’ve had the problem from the first day we bought it, but it was never solved. Went in for an oil change and told them the boat kept stalling out when we went out just like it was doing from the day we bought it and they replaced two parts. Went out the next down our boat. It was doing the same exact thing as when we took it in. Called them and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had! If I could give more than five stars I would. We dropped off our boat, and left it in good hands with Cory. Not only are they friendly, but they’re extremely professional as well. The service is reliable and impeccable. A super special, thank you to Cory for taking such good care of us, explaining everything to us, and getting our boat done with the 300 hour service even earlier than expected.
Service here is top tier. Got with Pete and he got Mercury to honor their warrantee work. 5 stars
