I can't believe the one-star reviews that people left. I live in Dunedin and this is my third boat I just bought from them. The number one thing I can say about them is their honest. The sales department is great and the service department is less expensive than anywhere else I've been. I would give them 10 Stars if I could
Sadly I had the same experience many others had. Of course I thought it wouldn’t happen to me. Message them on Friday that I was coming from 3 hours away on Saturday to look at and hopefully buy a Stott Craft that they had listed. I asked if anything changed about the boat please let me know before I make the long trip. What they failed to tell me is that they were already dealing with a potential buyer for the boat. Great people! I just bought a mercury motor from them and it was Extremely easy to deal with and no hassle. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Cleto bought his first brand new motor here in 2021, traded up last week. Very pleased with previous service, and we love this new little motor. Even though we are just 15hp kind of people, we are always attended to respectfully, that means a lot. We definitely recommend the sales and service here.
Terrible service. They didn’t return several voicemail messages left requesting a call back to discuss purchasing a boat motor. Finally talked to someone who told me to contact their finance people, Priority One Financial Services, which we did. Completed the application and was told by the finance guy that the marina would give him the motor information the next day and then we’d be set. No call from either the marina or the finance company the next day so I called both. The finance guy is on vacation and the person at the ... read more
