Mi segundo punto fue el costó del que se habló en la primera cita, 14 tratamientos alrededor de $5,000 fue la información que recibí, la cual cómo servicio al cliente y convencimiento fue todo muy bien, la Aseguranza médica no cubre el tratamiento. If you choose to use this facility, make sure you get their pricing in writing and that you are charged what you were quoted. I experienced very unorganized and chaotic office staff who have mediocre customer skills, lack proper follow-up or accuracy of relaying information and misquote services. Then Dr. Francisco attempts to correct it by providing a free service but not for the area that has and needs to be treated stating that he is unable to now...however, before the complete breakdown of communication and at his recomm... read more
Dr Francisco is an amazing doctor and highly skilled at ozone therapy to treat pain and heal naturally. My mother in law was previously unable to brush her teeth and brush her hair because of extreme tendonitis and can now do it without pain. Dr Francisco is very personable and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and is always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend him and Nature Care.
Doctor’s have to follow your recovery in this case when is alternative medicine, I don’t feel ok !! I will like to know which is the next step because I was there last week for ozone therapy......????? .... I feel worse! 😞
