An absolute awful experience...the only way I was fortunate enough to have my pool installed was to have the job subbed out to another company who I actually know the owner. Calls, texts, and e-mails went unanswered. I finally had to go directly to the office on 48 unexpectedly to see the owner face to face... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
We called Nature Bound Pools (Glen) after our previous pool contractor abandoned our project. Glen and his team took on a project mid-construction and delivered an amazing result. They secured the pool shell we wanted, installed and did tremendous landscaping work around our pool. They even fixed all the damages and necessary repairs created by our original contractor. Don’t know where to start if I could give negative star I would. Tim the owner is the worst person to deal with such a poor customer service that is not even understandable why would he open a business if he hates ppl so much including him self. But that’s not the end I could leave with poor customer service but such a lack of professionalism I never saw in my life. Everyone was so knowledgeable! From Office staff (Rebecca and Michelle) to supervisors (Tim and Rob) and also the workers on the property were VERY responsive and quick to accommodate and fix whatever the issue or request was. Literally sometimes same day service. Start to finish was 3 weeks! I can honestly say there was not one glitch or issue during the process and they continue to be a part of our learning process even after the job is complete!
